As CEO, Juan Pablo leads BPC with extensive expertise in contract compliance management. He has worked extensively with general contractors, subcontractors, technical colleges, consultants, and non-profit organizations. He specializes in the areas of contracting, business development, process improvement, education and sustainable energy. He believes in the Six Sigma approach to the work, optimizing, reducing waste, and creating healthier workflow in the business management and contracting processes.
